BONYHUB is a UK-based fashion brand operating from both UK and international warehouses. Orders are dispatched from the nearest available warehouse to ensure efficient delivery.

UK customers do not pay customs duties on UK deliveries.

🚚 1. UK Delivery Options

1.1 UK Next-Day / Ready-to-Ship Items (Selected Items Only)

Available only for items listed under “Next Day Delivery / Ready-to-Ship”.

Order before 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch
Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Not available on public holidays

1.2 UK Standard & Express Delivery (Overseas Warehouse)

For items dispatched from our overseas warehouse, we offer the following options:

🚚 UK Express Priority Delivery- FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE £80. FLAT £7.99 UNDER £80

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Priority orders are processed and dispatched first

Orders containing a mix of Next-Day and overseas items may arrive in separate parcels.

🌍 2. International Delivery

BONYHUB ships worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia.

2.1 Worldwide Express Shipping

Delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days
Couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail International
Customs clearance may extend delivery times

Flat Rate: $19.99 USD all orders.

📦 3. Important Delivery Information

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, seasonal demand, or operational issues.
Shipping, professional stitching, and finishing charges are strictly non-refundable.
Only one shipping charge per order applies, based on the option selected.

🔄 4. Returns & Refunds Policy

4.1 Return Conditions

All returns we offer a full refund after deducting cost of £4.99 per item for returns handling cost to the original payment method for items returned within 7 days of delivery.

Standard £2.99 per item will be deducted if the shipping fees are paid at checkout

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached
Customers are responsible for return postage
We strongly recommend tracked services (Royal Mail or DPD)

BONYHUB is not liable for lost or untracked return parcels.

4.2 Refund Processing & Fees

For all approved returns:

All returns we offer a full refund after deducting cost of £4.99 per item for returns handling cost to the original payment method for items returned within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return postage is paid by the customer

This fee covers inspection, processing, and handling of returned items.

4.3 Eligible Returns
