BONYHUB is a UK-based fashion brand operating from both UK and international warehouses. Orders are dispatched from the nearest available warehouse to ensure efficient delivery.

UK customers do not pay customs duties on UK deliveries.

🚚 1. UK Delivery Options

1.1 UK Next-Day / Ready-to-Ship Items (Selected Items Only)

Available only for items listed under “Next Day Delivery / Ready-to-Ship”.

  • Dispatched from our UK warehouse

  • Courier: Royal Mail

  • Order before 4:00 PM (Mon–Friday ) for same-day dispatched

  • Weekend delivery -Saturday Order before 12:00 NOON  (Saturday for Monday Delivery  ) for same-day dispatched

  • Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

  • Not available on public holidays

UK Standard (2 working days) FLAT £5.99 SHIPPING CHARGES 

£11.99- Garunteed UK Next Day ( Orders Placed from Mon to Fri Before 4 pm)

Saturday -Orders Placed from Saturday Before 12 noon -Garunteed Delivery on Monday )Except public holidays.

1.2 UK Standard & Express Delivery (Overseas Warehouse)

For items dispatched from our overseas warehouse, we offer the following options:

🚚 UK Express Priority Delivery-  

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  •  Shipping £7.99 UK Flat on all Orders 

  • Free UK Shipping  above £100

  • Express Priority orders are processed and dispatched first

Orders containing a mix of Next-Day and overseas items may arrive in separate parcels.

🌍 2. International Delivery

BONYHUB ships worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia.

2.1 Worldwide Express Shipping

  • Delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days

  • Couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail International

  • Customs clearance may extend delivery times

Flat Rate: $19.99 USD all orders.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, seasonal demand, or operational issues.

  • Shipping, professional stitching, and finishing charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Only one shipping charge per order applies, based on the option selected.

🔄 4. Returns & Refunds Policy

4.1 Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.

  • Items to be returned within 7 days from date of filing returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage

  • We strongly recommend tracked services (Royal Mail or DPD)

BONYHUB is not liable for lost or untracked return parcels.

4.2 Refund Processing & Fees

For all approved returns:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable  for All returned items Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Return postage is paid by the customer

4.3 Eligible Returns

  • Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Items
    ✔ Eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges

  • Lehengas & Made-to-Order Items
    ✔ Eligible for store credit only
    ❌ Not eligible for refunds (unless faulty or required under UK consumer law)

  5. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order

  • A £2.99 cancellation fee applies

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

   6. Taxes & Duties

  • UK customers: No customs or duty charges

  • International customers: Responsible for any local customs duties or taxes
