BONYHUB UK Online Store-Shipping Policy

BONYHUB is a UK-based fashion brand operating from both UK and international warehouses.
We ship worldwide and dispatch orders from the nearest available warehouse to ensure fast delivery.

All UK customers receive parcels via Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.

Professional Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

1. UK Delivery Options

We currently offer two delivery methods for local UK customers:

1.1 UK Next-Day Delivery (Selected Items Only)

Available for items listed in the “Next Day Delivery / Ready-to-Ship” section.

  • Dispatched from our UK warehouse-Free Uk shipping above £100

  • Delivery via Royal Mail

  • Order before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) for UK next-day dispatch

  • Delivery window: 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sat)

  • Not available on public holidays 

  •  Shipping charges will be deducted from  all refunds.”

1.2 Express UK Delivery (3–7 Business Days) (Overseas Warehouse)

  • Delivered via FEDEX,DHL,DPD,EVRI- Free Uk shipping above £100

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–7 working days

  • Delivery window: 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Fri)

  • No customs fees for UK local customers 

  • “Free shipping applies above £100. Shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds.”

🔔 Important Delivery Notes

  • Orders containing a mix of Next-Day and 3–7 Day items may arrive in separate parcels.

  • Delivery estimates may vary based on courier delays, weather, seasonal traffic, or operational issues.

  • Stitching/Finishing charges and Shipping Fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. International Delivery

BONYHUB ships worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

2.1 Worldwide Express Delivery

  • Delivery timeframe: 5–14 business days

  • Delivered via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail International

  • Customs delays may extend delivery times

Cost: $19.99 (flat rate)

Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, BFPO, or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders are usually processed the same day or next business day.

  • A cancellation request may be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • A £2.99 cancellation fee applies to cover processing and payment charges.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

A tracking email will be issued automatically when your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for arranging their own returns.

4.1 Return Shipping-

  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked courier (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, etc.).

  • BONYHUB is not liable for lost or untracked returns.

Please include your name + order number inside the parcel to avoid delays.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our UK warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue:

  • A refund (where applicable)

  • Or store credit (for non-refundable items)

4.3 Eligible Returns

  • Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Items: Eligible for refunds, store credit, and exchanges.

  • Lehengas (and made-to-order items):
    ✔ Eligible for store credit only

5. Additional Information

  • International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

  • BONYHUB is legally required to collect VAT or sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable.
