We ship worldwide and dispatch orders from the nearest available warehouse to ensure fast delivery.
All UK customers receive parcels via Royal Mail, DPD.
UK Customers do not pay customs duties for UK deliveries.
Professional Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

BONYHUB dispatches orders from multiple warehouses, including:
- UK Warehouse – Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Delivery items
- Overseas Warehouse – 3–7 Day Express Delivery (No Customs Duty to be paid )
1.1 Delivery Timeframes
- UK Next-Day Delivery: Dispatched from our UK warehouse
- Express 3–7 Day Delivery (Overseas Warehouse): Delivered via DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail. No customs or import duties are payable by UK customers.

Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
A standard shipping charges are non refundable
Customers are responsible for return postage.

- Delivered via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail International
- Customs delays may extend delivery times
