Delivery & Returns Policy – BONYHUB

BONYHUB is a UK-based ethnic fashion brand operating from both UK and international warehouses.
We ship worldwide and dispatch orders from the nearest available warehouse to ensure fast delivery.

All UK customers receive parcels via Royal Mail, DPD.
UK Customers do not pay customs duties for UK deliveries.

Professional Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

1. Introduction

BONYHUB dispatches orders from multiple warehouses, including:

• UK Warehouse – Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Delivery items

• Overseas Warehouse – 3–9 Day Express Delivery (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

1.1 Delivery Timeframes

• UK Next-Day Delivery: Dispatched from our UK warehouse

• Express 3–9 Day Delivery (Overseas Warehouse): Delivered via DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail. No customs or import duties are payable by UK customers.

1.2 Shipping Fees

Free UK Shipping

• Orders over £60 → Free

• Orders under £60 → £7.99

Stitching, Finishing & Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.

A standard £1.99 per item is deducted from your refund to partially cover the original delivery costs, even if your order qualified for free shipping.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

🔔 Important Delivery Notes

• Orders containing a mix of Next-Day and 3–9 Day items may arrive in separate parcels.

• Delivery estimates may vary based on courier delays, weather, seasonal traffic, or operational issues.

• Stitching/Finishing charges and Shipping Fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. International Delivery

BONYHUB UK Based company and ships worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

2.1 Worldwide Express Delivery

• Delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days

• Delivered via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Royal Mail International

• Customs delays may extend delivery times

FREE on orders over $200

Restrictions

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes, BFPO, or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

• Orders are usually processed the same day or next business day.

• A cancellation request may be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

• A £1.99 cancellation fee applies to cover processing and payment charges.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

A tracking email will be issued automatically when your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for arranging their own returns.

4.1.You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original sellable condition

• All tags and labels are attached

• It is returned with original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc., if applicable)

• It is not listed under the Non-Returnable Items category

Return Shipping

• Return postage is paid by the customer.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked courier (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, etc.).

• BONYHUB is not liable for lost or untracked returns.

Please include your name + order number inside the parcel to avoid delays.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our UK warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue:

• A refund (where applicable)

• Or store credit (for non-refundable items)

4.3 Eligible Returns

• Ready-to-Ship / Next-Day Items: Eligible for refunds, store credit, and exchanges.

• Lehengas (and made-to-order items):
  ✔ Eligible for store credit only
  ❌ Not eligible for refunds (unless faulty or exceptional circumstances per UK consumer law)

5. Additional Information

• Only one delivery fee is charged per order based on the shipping option selected.

• International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

• BONYHUB is legally required to collect VAT or sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable.
